Spicy Salmon Miso Soup


Jeff said this is my new masterpiece :) If I add crab meat, shrimp, Enoki mushrooms, it will taste exactly like the famous Yosenabe from Mirai. Give it a try -- it's simple, tasty and nutritious!
  • Stir fry minced garlic and hot peppers in hot oil, add Napa cabage till tender
  • Add chicken broth and miso paste, salt, a little sugar
  • Add fresh salmon and sliced shitaki mushrooms
