It's America's Football night, and also the "Taco Night" in the Chou house. While I was being a couch potato, my sweet hubby went to the store to get the ingredients and made us delicious tacos. We put a lot of garlic and onions in the ground beef topped with fresh cheese and veggies. It's such an easy and tasty dinner choice! Give it a try!

hey, these look familiar! jeff and i ate these growing up.. although i believe we used those Ortega "taco seasoning" packets for the meat.. your version sounds a little more natural ;) - and delicious!
Thanks Bib. We actually used taco mix/seasoning as well! Otherwise, it probably won't taste like tacos~
