I have always loved 油飯, so when I found this recipe, I couldn't wait to give it a try. To my surprise, it's so easy to make and turned out to be a success! We finished it too quickly and forgot to take pictures this time...

不過我不知道要去哪買紅蔥頭~~
I think there's usually 紅蔥頭 in Chinese markets. But since I had some onions at home, I just used that, and it still tastes pretty authentic!
